3. Sales & Profit by Subcategory

  • High-performing categories: Phones, Chairs, and Binders are top contributors in both sales and profit.

  • Underperforming categories: Accessories and Tables show losses (highlighted in red), which could indicate high costs, pricing issues, or low demand.

  • Certain subcategories, such as Machines and Appliances, show moderate but consistent profit margins.

  • Weekly sales fluctuate around an average of $14K, with significant spikes likely during promotions or high-demand periods.

  • Weekly profit averages around $2K, with occasional dips into losses, indicating some inefficiencies or high expenses during certain weeks.

5. Opportunities for Improvement

  • Address underperforming subcategories (e.g., Accessories and Tables) by optimizing costs, reviewing pricing strategies, or focusing on higher-demand items.

  • Analyze weeks with significant profit dips to identify inefficiencies or cost-related issues.

6. Strengths

  • Strong year-over-year growth in sales and quantity sold highlights effective marketing and sales strategies.

  • Top-performing subcategories are driving profitability and can be further leveraged for growth.
