CONCLUSIONS

Workforce Overview:

  • Total active employees: 7,984.

  • Positive hiring trend: 8,950 hired vs. 966 terminated, indicating workforce growth.

  • Department Distribution:

    • Operations leads with the most employees (2,429), followed by Sales and Customer Service.

    • Smaller teams are seen in Marketing, Finance, and HR.

  • Demographics:

    • Gender: Balanced distribution (54% Male, 46% Female).

    • Education & Age: Most employees have a Bachelor's degree, with ages concentrated in the 25–34 range.

  • Performance by Education:

    • Master’s degree holders show the highest "Excellent" performance ratings.

    • Lower education levels (e.g., high school) tend to score in "Satisfactory."

  • Income:

    • Higher education levels (e.g., PhD, Master's) correlate with higher salaries.

    • Bachelor's degree holders earn between $66K and $74K.

  • Age & Salary:

    • Salaries increase with age and experience.

    • Top-paid roles include Managers and Financial Specialists, while operational roles have lower pay scales.

  • Location:

    • Workforce is concentrated in New York and a few international branches.
